The PCB (printed circuit board), which is found in all electronic devices, provides the electrical connection between the electronic particles to be mounted on each other. The card has copper tracks and islands, solder mask, electronic components and mounting print.
The solder mask is an insulated painted part of the printed circuit board which can be green or in different colors. This mask protects the copper paths on the pcb and prevents the spreading of solder on the legs of soldering electronic components and short circuit. On this mask, the mounting pressure consisting of the symbols indicating the positions and types of the electronic components is printed using the screen printing technique.
Pcb cards can be designed as multiple layers. The pcb cards designed in our company are usually double layered. All card designs are developed in our company in Linux media. In this process, firstly the circuit diagrams of the cards are prepared with the schematic editor of GEDA. Then pcb cards are printed by getting the gerber files with the pcb program.<
Prepared cards are mounted with electronic components, surface mounting design (SMD). Solder is used during assembly. Our production is suitable for today’s lead-free soldering system to keep environmental pollution low.
The board dimensions are reduced with surface mounting technology and small, lightweight components. In addition, surface mounting elements provide ease of assembly and intervention according to legged circuit elements. Thus, circuits that produce less heat and consume less power are produced. Our passive smd components are usually 0805 sheathed.
After all stages, the software is loaded to the cards that have completed the physical and electronic tests. The LPCXpresso integration development system for the ARM processor, the Eclipse integrated development environment, and the C programming language are used to communicate with our cards and the computer and other devices during the development phase of the software that provides control and follow-up of our systems.
